An interview with Eric, the owner of CrossFit Undone. We discuss how Covid-19 has affected his gym and what they did while being shut down. Eric has held other occupations, but nothing makes him happier than being a gym owner. He talks about why he chose to use the CF Linchpin private track for programming at his gym. He also offers some advice to new gym owners.
